3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Free and Paid Features

The Service offers both free and paid features:

• Free features include a daily horoscope and one natal chart calculation.
• Paid features require credits, which unlock AI conversations, detailed chart interpretations, and compatibility readings.
• Credits are purchased as one-time packs and do not expire.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, as they are digital goods consumed upon use. You may manage your billing information and view purchase history through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your account settings.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Astrological readings and interpretations provided by AstroStar Insights are generated by artificial intelligence models, including GPT-4o and Claude. While chart calculations are based on precise astronomical data from the Swiss Ephemeris, AI-generated interpretations are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

AI-generated content should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on astrological readings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated interpretation.

7. Astrological Data Accuracy

Planetary positions and chart calculations are computed using the Swiss Ephemeris, which provides professional-grade astronomical accuracy. However, AI-generated interpretations of this data are subjective and may vary between sessions. The accuracy of your chart depends on the correctness of the birth date, time, and location you provide.

8. User Data and Birth Information

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Redistribute or resell AI-generated content
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination for cause, unused credits are non-refundable. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Vonroflo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated astrological readings.
